Aidify Global CIC

Belong. Participate. Progress.

Understanding what helps adults who have moved to the UK participate, progress and make the most of their skills, experience and opportunities.

Social Enterprise

Aidify Global CIC is a Preston-based social enterprise dedicated to exploring the barriers that prevent adults from fully participating and progressing in the UK. We believe in a strengths-based approach, focusing on the unique skills and experiences of our community members to unlock their professional and economic potential.

Next Steps

If the evidence supports it, Aidify may test a small progression and connection approach with around 8–12 adults. This will include a whole-person progression conversation, identifying goals and barriers, and reviewing what helped or remained stuck.

Community Insight & Engagement

Aidify is developing an earned-income offer for organisations seeking to better understand and engage adults who have moved to the UK. We partner with local authorities, public-sector initiatives, and education-linked progression services to define research questions, reach participants, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Our Global Impact

Aidify's journey extends beyond the UK, with a history of education and scholarship activity in Nigeria. We believe in the power of knowledge to transform lives and economies, ensuring that our research and support are grounded in a global perspective of progress.
